Pellet Binders

          MAXI BOND

  • LOW INCLUSION: 1 to 4 pounds per ton to allow maximum inclusion of protein and energy in high  energy feeds.
  • LUBRICATING QUALITIES: Maxi-Bond reduces frictional losses by lubricating the die, thus reducing power requirements and increasing production.
  • PELLET HARDNESS: Maxi-Bond when melted in the conditioner adheres to the particles of feed and becomes hardened in the cooler to produce a very durable pellet.
  • PELLET DURABILITY: Maxi-Bond makes more durable pellets, reduces fines, and increases production by reducing fines returns.
  • CONTROLLED REACTIVITY: Maxi-Bond is activated by the injection of stream during conditioning. The degree of pellet hardness can be controlled by temperature during pelleting. Higher temperatures cause faster reaction times, resulting in harder pellets.
  • INCREASED FLOWABILITY: Maxi-Bond has hygroscopic characteristics that reduce extreme stickiness of pellets during cooling. Pellets are free flowing, dust free, and resistant to breakage during handling.

          L-100 PELLET BINDER

  • Low Inclusion: 5 to 8 pounds per ton to allow maximum inclusion of protein and energy in high energy feeds.
  • Synergism: combination of Maxi-Bond and Lignin that provides excellent pellet and cube quality
  • User Friendly · Contains a Die Lubricant
  • Packaged in multi-wall, plastic lined, heat sealed bags

          M-400 for Use with Molasses

  • Low Inclusion: 2–8lbs/ton, depending on level of molasses.
  • Reacts with Molasses to produce a harder and more durable cube, pellet and block.
  • Allows Molasses to work as a binder for you. .
  • Safe to use in all livestock feed.
  • Helps to produce longer cubes with less cracks.
  • Reduces fines produced with secondary handling.
  • Works well in diets that have a combination of DDG’s and Molasses.

Lube Aid

  Die Lubricant

  • Well suited for diets that are hard to push through the die.
  • Reduces die friction that in turn reduces electrical consumption and increases productivity.
  • Increases die and roller life.
  • Good examples for Lube Aid  High Rock/High Urea  High Milk Diets Corn Gluten/Distillers Diet
  • Usage rate of 2 to 10 pounds per ton, depending on amount of friction.
  • An all natural product that is safe for all species.

Urea Bond

   Urea Absorbent

  •  Helps to absorb melted urea  that  migrates to the outside of the  pellet thus, reducing external  stickiness of urea pellets.
  •  Reducing external stickiness  reduces labor in  handling urea  pellets  in overhead bins and bulk  loads.
  •  Also  provides lubricity to the die  that reduces friction and  increases productivity.
  •  Usage rate of 10 to 25 pounds per ton.
