PELLET HARDNESS: Maxi-Bond when melted in the conditioner adheres to the particles of feed and becomes hardened in the cooler to produce a very durable pellet.
PELLET DURABILITY: Maxi-Bond makes more durable pellets, reduces fines, and increases production by reducing fines returns.
CONTROLLED REACTIVITY: Maxi-Bond is activated by the injection of stream during conditioning. The degree of pellet hardness can be controlled by temperature during pelleting. Higher temperatures cause faster reaction times, resulting in harder pellets.
INCREASED FLOWABILITY: Maxi-Bond has hygroscopic characteristics that reduce extreme stickiness of pellets during cooling. Pellets are free flowing, dust free, and resistant to breakage during handling.
